By using CareCircle you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for content you add, including photos and files.
• No abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access is permitted.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your plan any time in the Billing Portal. Access continues through the end of the current term.

Health & safety

CareCircle provides coordination tools only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For emergencies, call local emergency services.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareCircle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
